I'm in some kind of knitting frenzy these past few days. Here's a finished hat, yarn and pattern courtesy of Bonkers:

This is one of those seat-of-your-pants patterns, in which you switch colors and stitch patterns whenever the whim takes you. The hat is knit in four segments, seamed together, and the extra-long ends from the color changes pulled through to the right side and turned into I-cord "worms." A wide applied I-cord finishes the band.

Verdict: As much fun as you can have with your clothes (hat?) on.
